Customer Review: “From the moment I looked at the box I knew this product was high quality 👌 there is nothing cheap about this monitor MSI, ASUS and GIGABYTE make high end products. The stand is well made and heavy the monitor is beautiful, a 34″ curved beauty. setup was easy and I didn\’t realize this monitor has build in speakers i tested doom dark ages and it ran buttery smooth at 120hz i absolutely love it, its a keeper.”
Customer Review: “I really enjoy this monitor and it is great for my needs. It was hard to find a white ultrawide monitor that met my price range and this is definitely worth the money. The stand is great and lets you move the monitor up and down to your liking, as well as side to side. It has a cable management clip on the back that\’s more than wide enough to fit multiple cords through. Be warned if you are trying to use a monitor arm, the bracket might not fit if its too large due to the recessed area where the stand attaches. The speakers are meh, not really loud enough but I don\’t plan to use the monitor speakers in the long run, so this is not much of a downside for me, but might be helpful to know if you seeking a loud monitor.Other than that, it is truly a beautiful monitor. The different settings are great, the color has great range and depth, and games run smoothly at the 120 hz refresh rate. It has eco, low blue light, and other modes to cycle through for easy adjustment. I work long hours at my desk and my eyes never feel fatigued using it.I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a 34″ ultrawide specifically in white with a high enough refresh rate for gaming, because they seem to be hard to find.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “A very nice monitor, it was easy to set up and works great. I have 2 monitors, the other one is 1920 x 1080. In order to get the desktop icons to remain where I put them, in the display settings, I had to put the older monitor to the left of this one. The image quality is very good. I’m not sure whether the curve is necessary, though. But if you are interested in this sort of monitor, I think you will enjoy it.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Today I set up my dual KOORUI 27″ model N07 monitors. I was somewhat worried by multiple reviewers reporting that this model isn’t really a 4K screen. So while I don\’t usually write reviews, I\’m here to assure you the N07 is in fact a 4K screen with resolution of 3840×2160 and refresh rate of 60hz.And I know why some people got this wrong. When I unplugged my old 1920×1080 monitors and tried to use the same HDMI cables, Windows identified the monitor as having a 1920×1080 native resolution. But my cables were very old. I plugged both my new monitors in using DisplayPort cables and they were instantly reporting 3840×2160. My monitors did not come with DP cables, just new HDMI cables. But my office had extra DP cables laying around. If you\’re still having trouble getting 4K on one of these, be wary of adapters, such as DP-to-HDMI, DVI-to-HDMI, etc. Also try shorter or newer cables. You CAN get 4K out of HDMI cables, but remember that HDMI has been around since 2002 and that standard has gone through many versions with new capabilities over the years. As for reviewing the other aspect of these monitors… they look great to me! Neither of mine had dead or stuck pixels. the colors look good and image is sharp. I\’m not a professional monitor reviewer, but these seem like perfectly good office monitors for a fantastic price compared to big brand names. I took a chance on some of their smaller screens several months back and was blown away at the quality and low price. I\’m glad this higher end model hasn’t let me down!UPDATE: My original review was written 10/13/2023 and now it\’s 5/16/2025. I have never had a single issue with these monitors in the 1 year 7 months I\’ve been using them. In fact I stumbled across my own review after looking to purchase a 3rd matching one… because a triple-monitor setup with these bad boys would be awesome! By the way, I use them on a dual-monitor desk mount. I love that they have VESA mounting holes so they can be used on wall or desk arms/mounts.”
Customer Review: “I ordered a monitor from Sceptre and received the wrong model. This led me to make a somewhat angry purchase but man did it pay off. Jumping the gun on a 1440p IPS display was so worth it. I am pleased, satisfied, and left wanting nothing more. Pros and cons below.PROS:- Really bright display. This is such a game changer when you constantly deal with dim gaming displays. Typically on a budget monitor you get 250cd/m2 but here you get 400cd/m2!!! The brightness is perfect for gaming, day to day use, brightly lit rooms, etc.- Super Colorful Display: The colors on this screen pop like I\’ve never seen. Everything is perfectly saturated. Nothing seems out of the ordinary. Everything you watch, read, play, will be enjoyed thoroughly guaranteed.- Whites are actually WHITE: As you can see in one of the images I attached, My other monitor (HP 25x) provides yellowish whites while the 27E3Q provides a very natural and expected white.- Not a single dead pixel on my unit!- No annoying branding. One simple and almost invisible “KOORUI” in the center of the frame on the bottom. No extended pieces of plastic either. Just a rectangular unit as you would expect. Unlike the HP 25x which has an annoying chunk of plastic that extends out. This is more nitpicky obviously but it still counts!- OSD (On Screen Display) is very easy to use. Its quick, to the point, no frills or gimmicks, and easy to read.- Really nice stand! Although I used my own dual monitor mount, the stand is high quality, heavy duty, with tons of adjustability. (Rotate, side to side, height)CONS:- From the research I\’ve done, if you leave the overdrive off you won\’t have a problem but, with it turned on you do experience some ghosting I believe. Haven\’t tested it myself but this is what I\’ve heard. Not worried about it, I leave it off and thoroughly enjoy gaming.- In all honesty, the only possible thing I can think of (and this is a real nitpick imo) is the edges of the display border. They could be a HAIR thinner. My HP 25x has a slightly thinner border (not the bezel/plastic frame). This monitor would have benefited greatly from a thinner border but I wouldn\’t worry about it. With all of the benefits (AFFORDABILITY) a border shouldn\’t even be close to a deal breaker.Overall, amazing monitor. I will be purchasing another one soon!”
Complete Buying Guide for Best Large Curved Monitor For Macbook Pro
Essential Factors We Consider
When choosing the best large curved monitor for your MacBook Pro, several key factors come into play. First, we look at the resolution – for larger screens, 1440p (QHD) or even 4K is ideal for crisp text and detailed images. The curve radius (like 1000R or 1500R) affects immersion; tighter curves offer a more enveloping experience. Refresh rate is crucial for smooth motion, especially for tasks like scrolling or gaming, with 120Hz and above being excellent. Connectivity is paramount for MacBook Pro users; USB-C ports with Power Delivery are a huge plus, allowing for single-cable solutions. Finally, color accuracy and panel type (like IPS or OLED) are important for creative professionals.
Budget Planning
Large curved monitors can range significantly in price. Entry-level options with 1080p resolution might be available for a few hundred dollars, while premium QD-OLED models with high refresh rates can easily exceed $1000. Consider what features are most important for your workflow. If USB-C charging and high refresh rates are must-haves, you’ll likely lean towards the mid-to-high range. If your primary need is screen real estate and a curved aesthetic for basic productivity, more budget-friendly options can suffice. Remember to factor in potential accessories like a monitor stand or a good monitor stand for large monitors if the included stand isn’t suitable.
Final Thoughts
Investing in a large curved monitor can genuinely transform your MacBook Pro experience. It provides more space to organize your windows, reduces neck strain by keeping more of the screen within your peripheral vision, and offers a more immersive feel for everything you do. Carefully consider your primary use case – whether it’s coding, design, gaming, or general productivity – to select the monitor that best aligns with your needs and budget.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will a curved monitor work well with my MacBook Pro?
A: Absolutely! MacBook Pros are very compatible with external monitors, including curved ones. The main considerations are ensuring you have the correct adapter or USB-C port for connection, and that the monitor’s resolution and refresh rate are supported by your MacBook Pro model. Many curved monitors offer USB-C connectivity, which is ideal for MacBooks.
Q: What resolution should I look for in a large curved monitor for my MacBook Pro?
A: For large curved monitors (30 inches and above), a minimum of QHD (2560×1440) is recommended. For even better clarity and more screen real estate, UWQHD (3440×1440) or 4K (3840×2160) are excellent choices. This ensures text is sharp and you can fit more content on your screen.
Q: Is USB-C Power Delivery important for a MacBook Pro?
A: Yes, USB-C Power Delivery (PD) is highly beneficial. If a monitor supports PD, you can connect your MacBook Pro to the monitor with a single USB-C cable. This cable will transmit video, data, and power, allowing the monitor to charge your MacBook Pro simultaneously. This drastically simplifies cable management and reduces clutter.
Q: How does the curve radius (e.g., 1000R, 1500R) affect my experience?
A: The curve radius indicates how deeply curved the monitor is. A smaller number (like 1000R) means a tighter, more aggressive curve, which can be more immersive. A larger number (like 1500R) indicates a gentler curve. The “best” radius is subjective, but tighter curves are generally preferred for ultrawide displays to ensure all parts of the screen are within your natural field of view.
Choosing the right large curved monitor for your MacBook Pro can significantly enhance your computing experience. Whether you’re looking for ultimate immersion, superior productivity features, or a blend of both, there’s a monitor out there to meet your needs. Consider the connection options, resolution, and refresh rate to make an informed decision that complements your MacBook Pro perfectly. Don’t forget to explore accessories that can further optimize your setup, like a monitor light bar for curved monitors or a robust heavy-duty monitor shelf for large monitors to keep your workspace organized and comfortable.
