Customer Reviews

Customer Review: We recently installed this monitor in a newly renovated private office at our coworking space. We needed a display that fit our budget while delivering reliable performance and vibrant visuals for client productivity—plus enough quality for gaming sessions. The USB-C connectivity was a must-have for us. It creates a clean, cables-free look and works seamlessly with both Mac and Windows laptops that our clients use. No adapters, no docking stations, no fuss.I’m typically not a fan of 1080p displays, so we always opt for 1440p to get that crisp, sharp clarity that makes a real difference for detailed work. This monitor delivers exactly that—text is clear, colors pop, and the overall image quality exceeds expectations for the price point. For anyone outfitting an office or upgrading their workspace, this is an exceptional value. Professional-grade performance without the premium price tag.Highly recommend

Customer Review: I was initially concerned about buying a Philips monitor because I assumed the quality would not be on par with other well-known brands. The reasonable price, 4 year warranty, and good reviews are what led me to settle on this monitor.PANELThe screen itself is bright. I tend to keep the brightness level around 85-90.1. Text looks clear both in the middle and the sides2. Contrast is good3. Images look great4. Colors are quite accurate- I have not made any changes to customize the colors of the panel. Out of the box the colors looked good to me. I am not planning on using this monitor for editing photos. I have another monitor that is more geared towards creative work.AESTHETICSThe whole monitor looks great. Even the back has sort of a brushed look. I love it!CURVEI really enjoy the curve. I have heard some people say that the curve takes time to get used to, but getting used to it seemed easy to me. I don’t think I would want a monitor wider than this. The size is perfect.Thankfully the monitor I received was in perfect condition. No dead pixels. Philips dead pixel policy is not clear at all. I hope that this will never be an issue. The 4 year warranty seems pretty awesome. Seems like Philips will stand behind their product.GAMESI have not yet tested any serious games on this monitor, but I will soon and post an update here. I did play some Roblox and the game filled the whole screen. Any content that fills the whole screen is really awesome.USB-CMy work laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad. The USB-C port on the laptop where I plug the power adapter did nothing when I connected the monitor using the supplied USB-C cable. This is probably a misunderstanding on my part. There is a secondary USB-C port on the laptop that has an energy bolt next to it. When I plugged the monitor into that USB-C port, the laptop displayed on the monitor in 1440p, and the laptop was receiving a charge from the monitor. Pretty amazing.STANDThe stand is very sturdy. The screen can tilt up & down, twist left and right, and can raise up & down. Very happy with this.SPEAKERSThe speakers are great if you consider they are built-in speakers, not dedicated reference monitors. It’s a very welcomed addition, and they do the job.PURPOSEPeople may settle on this monitor for different reasons. For me the biggest reason was work. Having this monitor for work is a total dream. I am an IT engineer, so بودن able to have Visual Studio Code, PowerShell, Outlook, and the Azure portal all open at the same time (I have a 2nd monitor) really helps with productivity.A creative professional may want to avoid the curve and go for a panel with even higher color accuracy. A gamer might want more than 100hz to keep gameplay as smooth as possible. If you are looking for more screen real estate and you want to be more productive, then this monitor is for you.Side note: Amazon’s characteristics for this item don’t make any sense. They asked me to give a rating for the “sheerness” and “thickness” of the monitor.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: I’ve been using this 34-inch curved ultrawide monitor for nearly two years for work. For the price, it offers solid value and is easy to recommend.Setup is straightforward, and the instructions are clear. The ultrawide curved display is great for productivity and multitasking, and the monitor feels solid, though it is a bit heavy. However, in terms of sharpness, I didn’t find it on par with some other monitors I’ve used in the past or even my laptop display. Additionally, the stand is not height-adjustable, which would have been a nice improvement.Despite these limitations, it’s still a good ultrawide monitor for the price and works well for everyday work use.

Customer Review: What an amazing monitor for the price… I bought the monitor for about 200$. For the price, it’s amazing. The screen quality is absolutely stunning. I purchased this in advance to pair with a steam machine, but have it hooked up to my Xbox series X in the meantime. The colors are extremely vivid, poppin!! Amazing contrast, sharpness, it’s all there. NO screen tears, no stutters. The image this monitor produces is absolutely gorgeous. NO dead pixels too!!!In my opinion this is an amazing monitor. If you are a gamer, this is for you. Be mindful the screen is VERY wide. I have been faithful to sceptre for about 10 years now, and will continue to purchase sceptre after this.Amazing buy. Customer Reviews

Customer Review: This monitor is great! I’ve had it for quite a while now and have not experienced any issues with it whatsoever. The colors are perfect and this thing easily competes with my odyssey g55t which cost about double the price for one of these. If you are hesitant on snagging one of these don’t be, it’s a great pc monitor at an absolutely great price.

– PCGamer

Customer Review: As a girl who is just getting back into gaming after quite a few years of not owning a PC and not wanting to break the bank when creating a whole new set up, this monitor is nearly perfect.I wanted something aesthetically pleasing and minimalistic, and this monitor fully delivers on that. It’s lightweight, bigger than expected, I love the slight curve to the screen and visually everything is crisp and clean. It’s keeping up with my mini PC and games that I’m playing. I am someone who is really affected by blue light and the anti-blue light feature is amazing. The only things that are cons for me are: that the screen does not tilt or have any movement to it whatsoever. I also am not entirely sure, but based on reviews that I read I thought that this monitor came with built-in speakers, and there are slits on the bottom of the monitor that look like they could be speakers, but I could not get the sound to work so I had to set up external speakers plugged into my pc. You could totally sync Bluetooth headphones to it, but when I’m gaming for a long periods of time, I like to use external sound rather than headphones.Overall, this is a great monitor, especially if you’re a looking to be a cozy gamer. It’s great quality for the price and won’t break the bank.

Customer Review: Viewsonic has been my goto brand of monitor for close 3 decades now and they have never let me down, this monitor is no different. This product is responsive for gaming with fantastic color representation and ease of adjustability. The price to value of this monitor is unbeatable. Fantastic functionality and unbeatable quality.

– LongTimeUser

Customer Review: I needed a monitor that was viewable from a few feet away. It’s got a great picture and the curved screen is a nice touch. It’s got slots for 3 monitors – 2 HDMI and 1 display port. No HDMI cables but it comes with a DP cable. I have another computer hooked to this monitor so I can switch between them. No instruction manual included and the setup instructions are terrible. I had to download the user manual to figure out how to power it up and use the control panel. My only complaint is with the stand: 1) It slides into a slot on the back and you have to force it to snap into place. Otherwise it’s very wobbly 2) the stand tilts vertically which is nice but it cannot be adjusted up or down. It sits too high for my needs so I’ll need to install a wall mount at the right height. Another minor complaint is that the input slots are mounted vertically which helps to save space behind the monitor but makes it more difficult to plug in the cables.

Complete Buying Guide for Best Curved Monitors For Productivity

Essential Factors We Consider

When choosing the best curved monitors for productivity, we look at several key factors. The screen size and resolution are crucial for multitasking; larger screens with higher resolutions like QHD or 4K offer more workspace. The curve radius (e.g., 1500R, 1800R) impacts immersion and eye comfort – tighter curves are more noticeable. Panel type (VA, IPS) affects color accuracy and viewing angles, with IPS generally preferred for color-critical work. We also consider refresh rate and response time, as higher rates (like 100Hz and above) provide smoother motion, reducing eye strain during long sessions. Connectivity options, such as USB-C with power delivery, are also important for a clean and efficient setup. A good stand with ergonomic adjustments can also significantly enhance comfort and productivity.

Budget Planning

Curved monitors for productivity range widely in price. Entry-level models offering a comfortable curve and decent resolution can be found for under $300, making them accessible for many users. Mid-range options, typically offering larger screens, higher resolutions (like QHD), better color accuracy, and faster refresh rates, usually fall between $300 and $600. High-end productivity monitors, featuring premium panels, advanced connectivity like Thunderbolt, and often larger ultrawide formats, can cost $700 and upwards. When planning your budget, consider which features are most critical for your workflow. For example, if single-cable USB-C connectivity is a must-have, you might need to allocate more funds. Don’t forget to factor in potential accessories like a monitor arm or a monitor stand to optimize your setup.

Final Thoughts

Investing in a curved monitor for productivity can genuinely transform your daily workflow. The immersive nature of the curve, combined with ample screen space and smooth visuals, helps reduce fatigue and boost efficiency. Whether you’re coding, designing, managing data, or simply juggling multiple applications, a well-chosen curved monitor provides a more comfortable and engaging experience. Always consider your specific needs, such as the type of work you do, your desk space, and your budget, to find the perfect fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are curved monitors good for office work?

A: Yes, curved monitors are excellent for office work. The curve helps reduce eye strain by keeping the entire screen within your natural field of vision, and it can make multitasking feel more immersive and efficient. Many users find them more comfortable for long work sessions.

Q: What is the best curve radius for productivity?

A: For productivity, a curve radius between 1500R and 1800R is generally considered ideal. A tighter curve (like 1500R) offers a more pronounced immersive effect, while a gentler curve (like 1800R) is subtle and comfortable for most users. The best choice often comes down to personal preference and screen size.

Q: Can a curved monitor replace a dual monitor setup?

A: In many cases, yes. An ultrawide curved monitor (21:9 aspect ratio) can provide a comparable amount of screen real estate to two smaller monitors, allowing you to have multiple windows open side-by-side without the bezels in between. This can lead to a more seamless multitasking experience.

Q: What resolution should I look for in a curved productivity monitor?

A: For productivity, QHD (2560×1440) or UWQHD (3440×1440) on ultrawide monitors is highly recommended. These resolutions offer significantly more screen space than Full HD (1920×1080), allowing you to view more content and applications simultaneously. For even more screen real estate, 4K or 5K resolutions are also options, though they typically come at a higher price point.

Q: Is USB-C connectivity important for a productivity monitor?

A: USB-C connectivity, especially with Power Delivery, is a highly desirable feature for productivity monitors. It allows you to connect your laptop to the monitor with a single cable for display, data transfer, and even charging your laptop. This significantly reduces cable clutter and simplifies your setup.

Choosing the right curved monitor can significantly enhance your productivity and comfort. Whether you prioritize screen real estate, color accuracy, or a seamless single-cable setup, there’s a curved monitor out there for you. We hope this guide helps you find the perfect display to elevate your work experience. Explore your options, consider your specific needs, and get ready to boost your efficiency!
