Great quality for gaming, specifically stuff like new CoD games, fallout, l4d2, dead island 2, etc etc. haven’t used the dp cable yet. Think I had it upside down when trying to plug in so I gave up and used HDMI but still great for a gamer who relies heavily on having a great setup. K/d ratio in my prime on CoD was 4.00+ but getting old now, slowing down. Still 1.5+ on games I barely know (bo7, mw3 new). Fallout 4 is also great looking, and Diablo 2 resurrected in max settings. Running a Thermaltake PC with a 5070ti gfx card (I think!). Will report back later with more. Great frames, great color, fast response. Com ability is great so far with everything, and adjustments are easy and even auto a lot of the time. Sound not fantastic but it’s a moniter not a speaker.”

Customer Review: “Every now and then I like to treat myself. I’m not a big spender but I do know what I like. I’ve been an OLED display fan for as long as I remember and my first OLED was a tablet, another Samsung product. To my eye, I’ve yet to see another display type that offers the same levels of color fidelity, black levels and sharpness. I’m not a gamer so things like super-fast refresh rates are somewhat moot to me but I do work on a computer a lot and consume a lot of media in the form of movies and TV. My main display is an LG OLED but in my bedroom system (which also includes 5.1 audio) I was suffering with a 27” LCD TV doubling as a monitor. That was OK for office work and browsing but its gray like black levels were a distraction when watching content with the lights off. The prices of OLED monitors were putting me off but when this model dropped under four hundred bucks I decided to go for it. I’m glad I did… Fed with a decent 4K HDR signal, I was hard pressed to tell any difference in quality between what I was seeing on this monitor and the picture on my much larger 4K LG OLED TV in the living room. The picture was superb.”

This monitor (pictured on the left), and Samsung SAMSUNG 27” Odyssey G65B QHD 240Hz 1ms (GTG) HDR 600 Gaming Hub 1000R Curved Gaming Monitor (pictured on the right), which is an LED monitor. Pros: Streaming movies on 4k and PC games look amazing compared to my Samsung LED monitor. True blacks make the color pop. Great prices without sacrificing display quality. However, this is strictly a monitor and does not include Samsung Hub, which has live TV and movie streaming apps. This is still a plus for me since I don’t use Samsung Hub on my monitors. High refresh rate makes gameplay smooth. AMD FreeSync works flawlessly using an AMD Radeon 9700XT. Cons: The included base isn’t height-adjustable or tilt-adjustable. Not great for online FPS games such as Battlefield 6. OLED gets too dark, making it difficult to spot enemies hiding in dark spots. My Samsung LED monitor makes it easy to spot enemies in the Dark because LED monitors have “Bloom,” which does not make dark areas darker, unlike this monitor. Overall, a great monitor with excellent picture quality for watching movies and playing games. However, it might put you at an disadvantage if you are playing online FPS games where every second counts.”

Customer Review: “OLED is king! I had an iMac for a couple days and enjoyed it but the screen hurt my eyes! I couldn’t take the eye strain going to bed. The screen just didn’t look natural to me. The blacks were this bright gray. I knew I needed OLED because I have an OLED TV and that never hurts my eyes. Got this monitor and I don’t have eye strain anymore. OLED mimics reality. Where there is no light, there is no light. It’s just comfortable. Great display. The colors are nice. It’s just like one of those things where I don’t even notice it. There just isn’t anything wrong with it. It just does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Apart from moments of gratitude and “this is awesome” it’s just a silent companion. It does what it’s supposed to do I hardly notice it’s there, like a car engine running in the background. A good machine! Works well with my Mac Mini. Thought 32 would be too big, only got it because there are no 27 inch glossy OLEDs. But it ended up being the perfect size. Glossy is perfect for me I can’t stand any compromise to clarity, anti glare is not my thing. Fantastic monitor. Expensive but it is what it is. I wish I could have gotten it for 500 but that’s just not the state of the world. Infinitely better than my iMac monitor and all in all, this monitor, M4 Mac Mini, Edifier M60, Keychron keyboard… For roughly the same price as a 10 core iMac, I am in a completely different universe of comfort, ease, and performance. Put the extra work in. Get what you really need. No compromises. No living with pain.”

Customer Review: “This review is for the ASUS PG32UCDM, which is a QD-OLED monitor sporting a 240hz refresh rate and 4K resolution to clarify when Amazon lists all the reviews together in the way they do. Gaming performance: At 240hz, provided your graphics card can push pixels that quickly, this monitor is at the top of the game when considering the speed of competitive 4K monitors. There does not currently (2/24/25) exist a 4K panel that can do more than 4K 240hz, if you require more for competitive gaming then you should look elsewhere to a 1440p monitor or the like. I played Halo Infinite at 240hz and the experience was divine. Coming from a 144hz 4K 27″ IPS panel, there is no comparison: the picture was unimaginably clear, vivid, crisp, and with dark blacks. Age of Empires IV with HDR mode enabled looks like a different game entirely. I will have to replay every older game I own with this monitor. The colors quite literally give life to old games and show you things in titles you’ve already played that you may have missed on your older monitor. Other media consumption: I do not own a TV, thus I consume all of my media through my computer and a monitor that could natively display all current types of media formats (HDR, Dolby Vision, etc) was important to me and this monitor excels in media consumption much like an OLED TV does. This monitor supports Dolby Vision which is quite uncommon among computer monitors…”

The vibrant colors and sharp details of the user interface truly pop, making everything from daily tasks to gaming feel more immersive. Gaming on this monitor is an exceptional experience—it’s as if you’re stepping inside the game world. The level of clarity and vividness it offers is truly a game-changer. In my attached video review, I discuss how matte screens diffuse light across the surface, which I believe causes more eye fatigue compared to the crisp clarity of a glossy screen. While matte screens create a hazy effect, glossy screens may reflect light sources, but the reflections are only noticeable when directly aligned with the light. Most of the time, the reflections fade into the background when you’re focused on the screen. The glossy finish provides such exceptional clarity that it easily outweighs any minor inconvenience from reflections. Of course, this is just my personal experience—I’m not an eye doctor or expert—but I think the benefits are undeniable. This monitor is an excellent choice, though it’s worth noting that exciting new technologies are on the horizon…”

Customer Review: “The media could not be loaded. It’s an OLED so its gonna be good. I didn’t have any text fringing or eye strain even after 4 hours straight use. Picture quality is great. Brightness is good enough for me. Im impressed by the colors on it. It doesn’t get any better in this price. Now the cons are that the upper side of the panel is very thin so if I want to tilt it up or down with my monitor arm I’d feel more confident doing it holding the bottom part. The HDMI doesn’t support more than 165hz on this monitor so I had to use display port for that sweet 240hz refresh rate. You could use an HDMI to DP cable if you don’t have any display port option in your pc or laptop. The bezels are a bit thicker than I expected, You’ll notice it if you work or play in bright room. For me it’s no problem. My roommate has an Samsung g5 OLED and it feels smaller than that for some reason even though it’s same size. (Image quality is better than Samsung in this). It’s a glossy display, part of the reason why content looks better than Samsung g5. But in a bright room or average light room if you are watching something dark-ish you will see all the reflection on it. While gaming it’s not noticeable. Overall a little bit adjustment but very good for the price.”

At first glance the monitor may look a little dim, but if you mess around with the settings you’ll see the burn in protection settings are turned on by default. Specifically “Uniform Brightness” which dims the entire monitor. Pretty sweet for web browsing and coding and stuff, where some elements might be in the same spot for a while. Turning it off however, makes the screen look fantastic. Super deep darkness with vibrant colors, especially if you take the time to find the right hdr settings. All in all for 360 dollars this is a stellar buy.”
