Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. It’s an OLED so its gonna be good. I didn’t have any text fringing or eye strain even after 4 hours straight use. Picture quality is great. Brightness is good enough for me.Im impressed by the colors on it. It doesn’t get any better in this price.Now the cons are that the upper side of the panel is very thin so if I want to tilt it up or down with my monitor arm I’d feel more confident doing it holding the bottom part.The HDMI doesn’t support more than 165hz on this monitor so I had to use display port for that sweet 240hz refresh rate. You could use an HDMI to DP cable if you don’t have any display port option in your pc or laptop.The bezels are a bit thicker than I expected, You’ll notice it if you work or play in bright room. For me it’s no problem. My roommate has an Samsung g5 OLED and it feels smaller than that for some reason even though it’s same size. (Image quality is better than Samsung in this).It’s a glossy display, part of the reason why content looks better than Samsung g5. But in a bright room or average light room if you are watching something dark-ish you will see all the reflection on it. While gaming it’s not noticeable.Overall a little bit adjustment but very good for the price.

At first glance the monitor may look a little dim, but if you mess around with the settings you’ll see the burn in protection settings are turned on by default. Specifically “Uniform Brightness” which dims the entire monitor. Pretty sweet for web browsing and coding and stuff, where some elements might be in the same spot for a while. Turning it off however, makes the screen look fantastic. Super deep darkness with vibrant colors, especially if you take the time to find the right hdr settings. All in all for 360 dollars this is a stellar buy.

Customer Review: LG 27GS93QEThis monitor is absolutely amazing. I went from a QD-OLED gaming monitor to WOLED with hesitation but wow, LG is so much better than Samsungs panels! People all over the internet will scream how QD-OLED is better or that the Matte finish takes away from the image. This is a major lie, as I have owned both, I can tell you the WOLED panel crushed QD OLED.Blacks are actually black not purple, and having light in your room never takes away the beauty of the contrast on this panel! You might as well play in the sun here, the blacks stay that inky black! While QD OLED is embarrassing in comparison.The screen is actually cleanable!!!!!! QD OLEDs screens are just awful with cleaning. Glossy coats on monitors are just terrible. Following the manufacturers guidelines in cleaning won’t prevent scratches. But here, with LG, yea you won’t even see a scratch!!!Matte finish… where do I start. First you can’t even see the matte finish, it’s not the same matte finish you see on other gaming monitors. It’s borderline glossy, but much better than glossy. It won’t take away from the game, it doesn’t make the image look fuzzy what so ever. And again note here that I have BOTH panels!! This one embarrasses QD OLED and it was cheaper?!!!Brightness, and color. This monitor will show realistic colors and the true blacks will blow you away in contrast. On QD OLED, colors are far to vivid making it look over saturated even with calibration!!! WOLED, never had this issue and has the correct and accurate colors even out of the box which is insane! The brightness is good here, it’s Oled so your not going to get insane 2000 nits but your definitely getting an upgrade from QD OLED, VA, IPS, or TN.All in all amazing monitor, don’t listen to Reddit, get one your self and see! A great idea is to go to Best Buy and see them side by side and you’ll realize how much better WOLED is.5 amazing stars wish I could give it more.

Customer Review: Purchased this amazing OLED gaming monitor at a great price at Amazon and am truly impressed by the colors, contrast and speed of this monitor. This is the first OLED display of any kind that I have owned, and it’s a revelation! Even with the deeper blacks, there is still good shadow detail when connected to my Nvidia 5070 video card set up for 1440p & 240Hz. The 0.03ms (GtG) response time is unbelievably fast. Setup is easy: pretty much plug & play (just make sure you have a video cable that fully supports this monitor). The build quality is high (as you would expect for a monitor in this class). If you can find it on sale for $499, it’s a no-brainer purchase!

Customer Review: Been using this for two days now and everything is great. I have a dual Xeon workstation and gaming PC connected via KVM. After I got everything hooked up I maxed out the refresh rate at 240 Hz. Right off the bat I got really bad flickering, like multiple flickers per second and only happened at 240Hz. Fortunately, the problem was with my DP cable. Even though it was a Dp 1.4 it just couldn’t support that high of a signal. Bought a new one. switched it out, and everything is great.Now, if you were like me I hesitated because my monitor is shared for work and play. I didn’t know how bad the text would be considering how that is not a strong suit. The text isn’t as sharp as my previous monitor but not a big deal at all. As a matter of fact, I am already used to it and don’t think about it anymore.The blacks on this thing is absolutely amazing. The colors are so vibrant and rich and gaming looks so much better, even compared to a non OLED 4k monitor.The one thing that I was not too thrilled about is the auto dimming feature. If I switched from my desktop to MS word, you would see some minor dimming. I found out this is part of the built-in screen saving options. Not sure which ones so I turned them all off. I am not overly worried about burn-in. If it happens then I will use my 3-year warranty. By the way, make sure you register the monitor on Asus’s site.Now, add this to your cart and check out.UPDATE: I just upgraded to the PG27UCDM (review above was for the XG27AQDMG). For some reason Amazon won’t let me write an independent review, even though it is a different model so I am including it in this review. Without exaggeration, this may be the best monitor ever. It just took a few minutes to change the settings based on what I like. The colors are so vibrant and blacks are so deep. I seriously cannot think of anything on which to improve the quality on this monitor, except for one. There is noticeable flicking if I have VRR enabled. Certainly not a deal breaker but you can see it flicker if you pay close enough attention. Other than that, it’s perfect and worth the $$$$.

Customer Review: Love it! Have had it for maybe 3 weeks now no issues. Picture quality is great u definitely need the right HDMI cord that can support the type of quality u are trying to stream. Xbox supports 4K and comes with 2.1HDMI so I am able to use 4k at 60hz for watching things on this monitor and it will activate the HDR settings at that point.The only “con” I would say which isn’t really a con just an annoying thing is the pixel cleaning. I make sure to do it whenever I have the pop up bc I don’t want burn it but it takes like 6 minutes and sometimes I just wanna get right on and play but I have to wait. But it’s worth it for the longevity of the monitor. U do need speakers it has no speakers. I did see some flickering at one point I never knew what that was before but I only saw it the one time and after fixing my settings to turnoff VRR it stopped so that’s good. Picture quality u will have to mess with the setting a lot to see what u like best but there are 2 settings save slots so u can save ur settings and load them.I have1 setting for when im gaming i jus hit to load that pre saved setup and the when I watching something i switch to my other saved settings so i dont have to go through and change everything all the time.Also for playing games, I play rivals mostly, that cross hair feature is lowkey a cheat bc I can better see my cross hair than the actual game crosshair and it has a dynamic function so it changes colors depending on the colors on the screen so it’s never hard to see it always does a contrasting color to make it easier to see. It has come in handy a lot. In the photo that Red Crosshair on the screen that’s the one I’m talking about that it a feature of the monitor that’s not from the game.Definitely is worth the money. I used amazons payment plan bc it is kinda expensive but I think it’s worth it and I like the rainbow color lighting effects the symbol does on the back it’s cuteeee.

Customer Review: Things I liked-360 Hz, moving the mouse cursor at desktop is silky smooth. No latency delay at all. When playing games, there is no ghosting or anything.-Value, I got this monitor on sale for $629 + tax. Great price for an semi-glossy monitor. I left the plastic coating sheet on the screen and it still looks great.-Built in FPS counter. I use this feature all the time to check what fps am i getting when playing games. Easier than using 3rd party software.-Able to plug in external pc speakers in the headset 3.5 jack and output sound. Perfect if you want to play console gaming on the monitor if on a budget.-Only took me probably 30 mins to set up and it worked fine. I never updated the firmware either.-Brightness is fine. I use the HDR when applicable for games. You have to manually turn on the HDR settings in windows before going into the games. Then you need to turn it off when you done using HDR. SDR colors looks better at desktop than HDR.Things I didn’t like.-Can’t raise the screen that high, but the monitor is at face level so I quickly got used to it.-Pixel cleaning reminder pop up is a hassle. It kills my immersion when I’m watching movie or playing game and it pops up. You can turn it off but I just do the 5 mins pixel cleaning every 8 hours so I don’t risk or delaying getting burn in. So far no burn in after 3 months. Be sure to register your monitor to get the 3 year OLED burn in warranty.-Some old games won’t display on this monitor like Resident Evil HD remaster that I noticed. Be sure to have an old monitor handy if you run into some problems.
