Customer Review: “I wanted an additional monitor for my work setup and debated for a bit before narrowing down on this model. I wasn’t looking for anything really expensive nor dirt cheap with nil features. This one fit the budget and features I needed perfectly. I received it today and got to set it up immediately. It was very simple to put it together and connected to my Mac via the included DP cable. Yes, I have a docking station with DP port. The quality is great, very thin bezel and color/brightness are awesome. The screen size was one of the main factors of choosing this one and it didn’t disappoint me at all in reality. Durability is not something I am worried about as I’m not expecting to abuse it beyond its capabilities. Functionality wise, it’s exactly serving my purpose and I’m very satisfied with my purchase overall. Just waiting for a monitor mount to arrive to make it even more versatile. Overall best budget 4K monitor out there in this screen size and best suited for work setup in my humble opinion.”

Customer Review: “I bought this monitor as an accessory to my work setup since it’s the perfect size to keep on the side. Do note that it’s a 4K resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate monitor, so I do use it strictly for work. I actually went on a recent trip and was able to bring just this monitor and my laptop and was able to work flawlessly as well, and it’s extra convenient given the magnetic case that it comes with to get it standing on its own. The text clarity, resolution, and color makes it optimal for work personally since I can fit a lot and have it be legible (not blurry). The refresh rate and resolution makes it ok for console gaming and I’ve also plugged it into my S24 Ultra and it worked with DeX perfectly as well. Overall, it’s a great monitor at a great price that fits exactly what I wanted it for.”

Customer Review: “Great monitor overall—excellent colors, perfect blacks, and a clean picture. The 2880×1800 resolution is a bit odd though. On weaker machines, it doesn’t scale cleanly down to 1200p like 4K does to 1080p. If you need to ease the load, keep it at native resolution and use DLSS or FSR (Performance mode) instead of lowering the resolution. Running it at 1200p still looks fine, just a little soft. For regular desktop use or word processing, it works great. Thanks to OLED’s per-pixel lighting, it’s nice to drop the brightness or use a warmer background color at night and not have a glaring backlight keeping you up. The brightness indoors goes beyond what I’d suspect most people would need. I keep my screen between 30–50% brightness; 100% exceeds my needs. I’m running mine through my laptop’s DP-Alt USB-C port. It pulls more power than a 1080p IPS at higher brightness, but nothing extreme. It comes with an adapter and cables, though I use a 45W USB-C charger I already had with no issues. Just check your port speeds; mine only does 10Gbps, which limits it to 2880×1800 @ 100Hz instead of the rated 120Hz. That’s a laptop bottleneck, not the monitor’s fault. Compared to a 144Hz 1080p IPS, the trade-off is worth it. Picture quality and contrast crush it. I’d still prefer 16:9 over 16:10, but this one’s been great otherwise. The speakers are better than most in this range, the design feels more solid, and the glossy screen is easy to clean. It’s reasonably light, durable, and well-priced for what you get.”

Customer Review: “OLED is king! I had an iMac for a couple days and enjoyed it but the screen hurt my eyes! I couldn’t take the eye strain going to bed. The screen just didn’t look natural to me. The blacks were this bright gray. I knew I needed OLED because I have an OLED TV and that never hurts my eyes. Got this monitor and I don’t have eye strain anymore. OLED mimics reality. Where there is no light, there is no light. It’s just comfortable. Great display. The colors are nice. It’s just like one of those things where I don’t even notice it. There just isn’t anything wrong with it. It just does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Apart from moments of gratitude and ‘this is awesome’ it’s just a silent companion. It does what it’s supposed to do I hardly notice it’s there, like a car engine running in the background. A good machine! Works well with my Mac Mini. Thought 32 would be too big, only got it because there are no 27 inch glossy OLEDs. But it ended up being the perfect size. Glossy is perfect for me I can’t stand any compromise to clarity, anti glare is not my thing. Fantastic monitor. Expensive but it is what it is. I wish I could have gotten it for 500 but that’s just not the state of the world. Infinitely better than my iMac monitor and all in all, this monitor, M4 Mac Mini, Edifier M60, Keychron keyboard… For roughly the same price as a 10 core iMac, I am in a completely different universe of comfort, ease, and performance. Put the extra work in. Get what you really need. No compromises. No living with pain.”

Customer Review: “Went from an LG Ultragear 32″ 1440p IPS to this. OH MY GOD! It’s crazy the difference the higher resolution and pixel response make. Blacks are black! Colors are amazing even compared to the IPS. I see people say the other type of OLED is better for colors, its just hard to imagine that at all. Super clean image, text is perfect, hdr is amazing and it feels super well built. If you are on the fence and wondering if OLED is really a game changer, it absolutely is! So much so, after seeing it, my wife wanted a OLED TV from LG, the B5. It’s an amazing TV, as has been my experience with all LG displays I’ve owned. I’m hard pressed to ever go with another company for my TV’s and displays at this point, just amazing quality and value. Absolutely no regrets, and it feels super sturdy. The dual mode is a cool feature, can go to 1080p at 24, 27 or full 32″ with higher refresh for the games your gpu can’t quite hit high frames and you wanna be competitive. Running on a 4070ti and 4k using dlss so far has been pretty smooth, minus a few games with huge vram requirements.”

Customer Review: “This review is for the ASUS PG32UCDM, which is a QD-OLED monitor sporting a 240hz refresh rate and 4K resolution to clarify when Amazon lists all the reviews together in the way they do. Gaming performance: At 240hz, provided your graphics card can push pixels that quickly, this monitor is at the top of the game when considering the speed of competitive 4K monitors. There does not currently (2/24/25) exist a 4K panel that can do more than 4K 240hz, if you require more for competitive gaming then you should look elsewhere to a 1440p monitor or the like. I played Halo Infinite at 240hz and the experience was divine. Coming from a 144hz 4K 27″ IPS panel, there is no comparison: the picture was unimaginably clear, vivid, crisp, and with dark blacks. Age of Empires IV with HDR mode enabled looks like a different game entirely. I will have to replay every older game I own with this monitor. The colors quite literally give life to old games and show you things in titles you’ve already played that you may have missed on your older monitor. Other media consumption: I do not own a TV, thus I consume all of my media through my computer and a monitor that could natively display all current types of media formats (HDR, Dolby Vision, etc) was important to me and this monitor excels in media consumption much like an OLED TV does. This monitor supports Dolby Vision which is quite uncommon among computer monitors, competitor’s products that I’ve checked during my research prior to buying (Gigabyte F032U2P as well as the MSI equivalent) fall short in this area, not supporting DV. Switching HDR modes is easily accessible in the monitor settings. HDR support is excellent just the same as DV and is the default mode. Just like with games, true blacks show with OLED panels such as this one because the pixel completely turns off, unlike other panels where local dimming and other technologies try to reproduce black shades but they often come out gray as some light from the backlight shines through. Not the case with this monitor. The dark, eerie, emptiness of space in 1979’s Alien really comes through and the vivid colors of Avatar shine bright as if you were really on Pandora. I cannot express enough how important a good monitor is when putting together a gaming or media setup. It is the primary way you interact with your computer. Things to know: OLED is susceptible to burn in, and as in the old days with CRTs (which were also prone to burn in), care must be taken to mitigate the effects. It’s the return of the screen saver. The monitor comes with a standard 8 hour pixel refresh cycle which prompts you with the on screen display to run a pixel refresh. It takes about 5 minutes to complete, and you can postpone it if you so wish. It is also recommended to use a dark windows theme, no background, auto-hide taskbar, among other mitigation measures. Text fringing: I thought this would be a problem for me, since I am both easily nauseated by blurry text and use my computer for a lot of text-based work as well (coding and writing these reviews…). Truthfully it is only noticeable if you get very, very close to the screen, much closer than is usable. There are also mitigation measures you can take for this such as using different fontpacks and so on. Overall, this monitor is excellent and I foresee using it for 5+ years. I will edit this review if burn in appears in any significant or severe way or earlier than expected.”

Customer Review: “The media could not be loaded. Using a glossy screen makes computing enjoyable again. The vibrant colors and sharp details of the user interface truly pop, making everything from daily tasks to gaming feel more immersive. Gaming on this monitor is an exceptional experience—it’s as if you’re stepping inside the game world. The level of clarity and vividness it offers is truly a game-changer. In my attached video review, I discuss how matte screens diffuse light across the surface, which I believe causes more eye fatigue compared to the crisp clarity of a glossy screen. While matte screens create a hazy effect, glossy screens may reflect light sources, but the reflections are only noticeable when directly aligned with the light. Most of the time, the reflections fade into the background when you’re focused on the screen. The glossy finish provides such exceptional clarity that it easily outweighs any minor inconvenience from reflections. Of course, this is just my personal experience—I’m not an eye doctor or expert—but I think the benefits are undeniable. This monitor is an excellent choice, though it’s worth noting that exciting new technologies are on the horizon. Innovations like Nvidia Pulsar and tandem OLED displays (as seen on the iPad Pro) are expected in the next few years. Alternatively, Mini-LED monitors with a glossy finish will be arriving sooner, offering similar clarity with less risk of burn-in compared to OLED. Correction from my video: I mentioned that it’s best to cap your frame rate to a factor of the monitor’s refresh rate (e.g., 60, 80, or 120). However, this isn’t necessary with FreeSync Premium Pro, which this monitor supports! Unlike regular V-Sync, which can cause input lag and stuttering when frame rates drop below the monitor’s refresh rate, FreeSync Premium Pro is an advanced type of adaptive sync that dynamically adjusts the monitor’s refresh rate to match the GPU’s frame rate in real time, with added support for HDR content. In other words, just let your GPU run without a cap, and the monitor handles the smooth playback automatically. Lastly, in my video review, I mentioned that the little ROG logo on the lower bezel couldn’t be turned off. I later discovered that this can be disabled via the ‘POWER INDICATOR’ setting—problem solved! Overall, the 32UCDM is a fantastic monitor that’s hard to beat for both work and play. I know the price tag is high but believe me, it will not matter when you experience this monitor. The money spent won’t matter to you. Highly recommended! Thanks to its higher pixel density (140 PPI), I’ve realized that I don’t need to game at 4K native resolution. Playing games at 1440p on this QD 4K panel offers a comparable experience to gaming on a non-QD 4K display, freeing up significant GPU power. This extra performance headroom allows me to crank up in-game settings and focus on enhancing the overall visual quality without needing to push for a higher resolution. With my 7900 GRE, I am now able to game at 1440p with 60 FPS on the most graphically demanding titles with Ray Tracing various settings Enabled! Additionally, playing at 1440p instead of 4k also lets me use higher texture settings, as the reduced resolution demand saves processing power. This results in stunning visual fidelity without requiring the brute force of running games at native 4K resolution. This monitor is saving me from the expense of buying a top-tier GPU. Instead, I’m planning to invest in a GPU optimized for the best 1440p settings and Ray Tracing capable hardware rather than overpaying for one that pushes 4K at near-maximum settings. I’m absolutely in love with this monitor, and it has reshaped the way I think about gaming and display technology. Highly recommended!”

Customer Review: “This monitor is fantastic. I went from an aging Nixeus 27″ 1440p IPS LCD to an MSI MAG 27” OLED that broke within 6 hours, to this monitor, and am very happy with it. At under $500, it’s a solid price given the feature list. The response times (input lag) are fantastic, and it supports 240hz adaptive refresh rate with both Gsync and Freesync. It’s got HDMI and Displayport connectivity. And, it’s an OLED monitor. Being an OLED means the color reproduction is fantastic and damn near 100%, so coming from an LCD you’ll notice a huge boost to color contrast. Blacks will be black, not dark gray, and colors will be accurate, allowing you to notice subtle color gradients and other details you wouldn’t notice before. The monitor is easy to use, with a single control knob on the underside that allows you to both turn off the monitor and go into the settings. You can change things like brightness and picture mode, as well as “peak brightness” which impacts the max brightness your screen can hit in localized spots during HDR content. Overall, works great. I will say the colors don’t quite pop out as much as on the MSI MAG QD-OLED, but it’s also more color accurate and easier on the eyes. Trying to read anything on the MSI had my eyes watering and they felt like they were being poked, so I guess it’s sort of a gift that I had to return it and get the LG.”

Customer Review: “I got this monitor for around 440$, for this value its absolutely amazing. Of course OLED looks fantastic but its also really smooth and has great colors. The refresh rate at this price is pretty good and the size for me works best, I’ve tried bigger monitors and for competitive gaming this size works way better for me so I’m not overly looking for the corners of HUD’s. The menu has all the options you’d expect also and it gets plenty bright for me. Cant speak on the stand as I immediately mounted it on a desk mount. It incredibly thin, like… wayyy too thin, its super cool, but sometimes I feel like I’m gonna snap it in half moving it closer or further away. I don’t think it would actually break like that just what it feels like so no big deal.”
