Customer Reviews
Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. It’s an OLED so its gonna be good. I didn’t have any text fringing or eye strain even after 4 hours straight use. Picture quality is great. Brightness is good enough for me.Im impressed by the colors on it. It doesn’t get any better in this price. Now the cons are that the upper side of the panel is very thin so if I want to tilt it up or down with my monitor arm I’d feel more confident doing it holding the bottom part. The HDMI doesn’t support more than 165hz on this monitor so I had to use display port for that sweet 240hz refresh rate. You could use an HDMI to DP cable if you don’t have any display port option in your pc or laptop. The bezels are a bit thicker than I expected, You’ll notice it if you work or play in bright room. For me it’s no problem. My roommate has an Samsung g5 OLED and it feels smaller than that for some reason even though it’s same size. (Image quality is better than Samsung in this). It’s a glossy display, part of the reason why content looks better than Samsung g5. But in a bright room or average light room if you are watching something dark-ish you will see all the reflection on it. While gaming it’s not noticeable.Overall a little bit adjustment but very good for the price.
Customer Review: For the price this is an excellent monitor. At first glance the monitor may look a little dim, but if you mess around with the settings you’ll see the burn in protection settings are turned on by default. Specifically “Uniform Brightness” which dims the entire monitor. Pretty sweet for web browsing and coding and stuff, where some elements might be in the same spot for a while. Turning it off however, makes the screen look fantastic. Super deep darkness with vibrant colors, especially if you take the time to find the right hdr settings. All in all for 360 dollars this is a stellar buy.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: So far 5/5 as long as it continues working as it does it’s phenomenal. Great quality for gaming, specifically stuff like new CoD games, fallout, l4d2, dead island 2, etc etc. haven’t used the dp cable yet. Think I had it upside down when trying to plug in so I gave up and used HDMI but still great for a gamer who relies heavily on having a great setup. K/d ratio in my prime on CoD was 4.00+ but getting old now, slowing down. Still 1.5+ on games I barely know (bo7, mw3 new). Fallout 4 is also great looking, and Diablo 2 resurrected in max settings. Running a Thermaltake PC with a 5070ti gfx card (I think!). Will report back later with more. Great frames, great color, fast response. Com ability is great so far with everything, and adjustments are easy and even auto a lot of the time. Sound not fantastic but it’s a moniter not a speaker.
Customer Review: I was hesitant to buy this because it has little to no reviews but the package came on time and display looks great. I use this primarily for gaming and visuals are on par with more expensive brands. Great bang for your buck.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Every now and then I like to treat myself. I’m not a big spender but I do know what I like. I’ve been an OLED display fan for as long as I remember and my first OLED was a tablet, another Samsung product. To my eye, I’ve yet to see another display type that offers the same levels of color fidelity, black levels and sharpness.I’m not a gamer so things like super-fast refresh rates are somewhat moot to me but I do work on a computer a lot and consume a lot of media in the form of movies and TV. My main display is an LG OLED but in my bedroom system (which also includes 5.1 audio) I was suffering with a 27” LCD TV doubling as a monitor. That was OK for office work and browsing but its gray like black levels were a distraction when watching content with the lights off.The prices of OLED monitors were putting me off but when this model dropped under four hundred bucks I decided to go for it. I’m glad I did. I’m unfortunately not able to go with a larger size in the space I have available, otherwise I would probably have gone for a dual purpose 42″ or 48″ TV/OLED monitor a while back. This 27′ size is, however perfect for my current needs. It is an entry level model. The body is plastic, it has limited inputs: one HDMI and one Display Port. It does have a USB-A socket but that’s for service only; it won’t accept media files for display. The resolution is 1440p. I was a bit concerned at the lack of 4K but that proved not to be a problem. There are no speakers but you can pass-through audio via a 3.5 mm socket for headphones or computer speaker hookup.I didn’t use the included stand, instead choosing to mount the screen on a cantilever arm for ease and flexibility. When I first turned on the TV, connected to my computer over Display Port, the colors seemed overbright (this is common) and the color balance was way off. This was quickly cured by entering the “original” mode and matching the visuals with my LG laptop which this works in tandem with when I’m computing. For AV consumption, I’m feeding the HDMI input with sources from a Roku Express 4K streamer and an Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player. At first I thought the visuals were a bit “meh!” but then I realized that my surround receiver, which these devices were routed via, topped out at 1080p resolution. When I connected the monitor directly to the Roku via HDMI, the Roku was fooled into thinking the Samsung was a 4K device and the monitor down-rezzed the signal to 1440p without issue. I have to say, the difference between 1080p upscaled and 4K downscaled was like night and day. Fed with a decent 4K HDR signal, I was hard pressed to tell any difference in quality between what I was seeing on this monitor and the picture on my much larger 4K LG OLED TV in the living room. The picture was superb. Of course that meant I had to ditch my older Marantz receiver and replace it with a more recent version with 4K capability in order to get the best out of the screen. The newer Marantz is also able to upscale my Blu-Ray discs from the OPPO and they look great on this device. Now I couldn’t be happier. I can watch movies and TV in bed in the highest quality imaginable. Everything is super-sharp. Colors are still maybe a little overblown (especially in the blue thru’ teal area) but it’s not a dealbreaker. Skin tones, light reflection, space scenes; everything looks mind blowing. The menu system is quite intuitive once you get used to it and I’m now capable of navigating around quite freely. That said, I have downloaded Samsung Display Manager to my computer to perform the most common tasks like input switching without using the main power/menu input button. I’ve heard this can be quite fragile and break easily and is often refused warranty coverage. Frankly, I’ll do anything to keep this going as long as possible. It’s perfect for my needs. Whether browsing web pages, typing documents, watching YouTube videos or consuming content from other devices, everything looks stunning on this. HDR works great despite a relatively low 200 nits average peak brightness level and black levels and shadow detail in the darkest areas are sublime. This might not be the absolute best choice in OLED monitors (especially for avid gamers) but for most people, I don’t think they’d be missing the kind of specs that can cost hundreds of dollars more. This is a fine product at a very tempting price.
Customer Review: I have two Samsung Monitors now. This monitor (pictured on the left), and Samsung SAMSUNG 27″ Odyssey G65B QHD 240Hz 1ms (GTG) HDR 600 Gaming Hub 1000R Curved Gaming Monitor (pictured on the right), which is an LED monitor.Pros:-Steaming movies on 4k and PC games look amazing compared to my Samsung LED monitor-True blacks make the color pop-Great prices without sacrificing display quality. However, this is strictly a monitor and does not include Samsung Hub, which has live TV and movie streaming apps. This is still a plus for me since I don’t use Samsung Hub on my monitors.-High refresh rate makes gameplay smooth-AMD FreeSync works flawlessly using an AMD Radeon 9700XTCons:-The included base isn’t height-adjustable or tilt-adjustable-Not great for online FPS games such as Battlefield 6. OLED gets too dark, making it difficult to spot enemies hiding in dark spots. My Samsung LED monitor makes it easy to spot enemies in the Dark because LED monitors have “Bloom,” which does not make dark areas darker, unlike this monitor.Overall, a great monitor with excellent picture quality for watching movies and playing games. However, it might put you at an disdvantage if you are playing online FPS games where every second counts.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Works extremely well. The image quality is top notch, color quality is amazing! Had no issues with connectivity everything is works great, easy to setup. The price might be a bit high, but when it comes to it, it might be worth it. Hopefully it has a long life. So far the durability seems great.I used to have a 1440p OLED which didn’t do as well as this one, had some issues. But so far, there haven’t been any issues with this one.
Customer Review: I LOVE this monitor! It is a huge upgrade from my 1440p oled that I had for 2 years. I will say it’s definitely on the expensive side but if you have the budget for it & on the fence, go for it!! The colors really pop & the 240 refresh rate at 4k is amazing! One thing I will say is the upkeep of the monitor is very important. Due to the glossy coat, it is easy to notice the littlest of spots when the monitor is off so it’s important to research how to clean it before buying. I am not knocking a star off for it because with proper care, this isn’t a problem, just takes time & effort.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This monitor holds it own against other monitors with the same panel. The stand is elegant and small which is perfect. I compared it with other QD OLED monitors with the same panel and the picture quality is unmatched. Color accuracy is awesome and brightness in my light controlled room is amazing. At the sale price I snatched this up at being $500 cheaper than other monitors with the same panel is a wild value. Sure no DP2.1a but I use mainly a PS5 Pro so it doesn’t matter to me and have a Mac so I use both HDMI 2.1 ports. Great value for a killer picture. Highly recommend.
Customer Review: Its color accuracy is great and its picture quality and refresh rate are great as well. 240hz is way better than 144hz lol.
Complete Buying Guide for Best 4K OLED Monitor 27 Inch
Essential Factors We Consider
When selecting the best 4K OLED monitor 27 inch, we dive deep into what truly matters for an exceptional user experience. For gamers, we prioritize refresh rates (aiming for 120Hz and above) and response times (0.1ms or lower is ideal) to ensure buttery-smooth gameplay without motion blur or input lag. Color accuracy is paramount for both gamers and creative professionals, so we look for wide color gamut coverage (like 99% DCI-P3) and excellent delta E values. The inherent contrast and perfect blacks of OLED panels are always a huge plus, delivering stunning HDR performance and vibrant visuals. We also consider essential features like variable refresh rate (G-Sync/FreeSync compatibility), port selection (HDMI 2.1 for console gamers, DisplayPort for PC), and ergonomic adjustments for comfortable use. Finally, the longevity and pixel-refreshing features of OLED displays are crucial for peace of mind.
Budget Planning
The market for 4K OLED monitors, especially in the 27-inch size, can be quite diverse in terms of pricing. Entry-level models might hover around the $600-$800 mark, offering a fantastic introduction to OLED technology but perhaps with slightly lower refresh rates or fewer premium features. Mid-range options typically fall between $800 and $1200, providing a better balance of performance specs and display quality. The high-end segment, often featuring the absolute fastest refresh rates, highest peak brightness, and most advanced OLED tech, can range from $1200 upwards. When planning your budget, consider how you’ll primarily use the monitor. For competitive gaming, investing in higher refresh rates is worthwhile, while for content creation, color accuracy might be the driving factor. Remember to factor in potential costs for accessories like monitor arms or calibration tools if needed.
Final Thoughts
Choosing the right 4K OLED monitor 27 inch is about aligning its strengths with your specific needs. Whether you’re chasing frame rates in fast-paced games, crafting digital art, or simply want the most visually stunning display for movies and everyday use, there’s an OLED monitor out there for you. The technology continues to evolve, offering better performance, improved longevity, and sharper images. By considering the factors we’ve outlined – from refresh rates and response times to color accuracy and essential protective features – you can confidently select a monitor that will not only meet but exceed your expectations, delivering an immersive visual experience for years to come.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is QD-OLED technology and why is it important for a 4K OLED monitor?
A: QD-OLED (Quantum Dot OLED) technology combines the self-emissive pixels of OLED with quantum dots. This combination allows for brighter, more vibrant colors and improved color accuracy compared to traditional OLED displays, while still retaining the perfect blacks and infinite contrast that OLED is famous for. For a 4K OLED monitor, QD-OLED ensures that the already impressive visual capabilities are taken to another level, offering a truly breathtaking viewing experience.
Q: Are 27-inch 4K OLED monitors good for gaming?
A: Absolutely! 27-inch 4K OLED monitors are excellent for gaming. The 4K resolution provides incredible detail, while the OLED panel delivers perfect blacks and vibrant colors, making games look incredibly immersive. Many of these monitors also feature very high refresh rates (240Hz is becoming common) and incredibly low response times (as low as 0.03ms), which are crucial for competitive gaming to ensure smooth motion and no input lag. Features like G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility further enhance the gaming experience.
Q: What is OLED burn-in and how do manufacturers address it?
A: OLED burn-in is a potential issue where static images displayed for extended periods can leave a faint, permanent mark on the screen. Manufacturers implement several technologies to mitigate this risk. These include pixel-shifting (subtly moving the entire image periodically), logo detection and dimming (reducing brightness of static logos), and screen savers. Many monitors also have built-in pixel refresher cycles that users can run to maintain panel health. For most users, especially with mixed usage patterns, burn-in is not a significant concern with modern OLED displays.
Q: How does a 27-inch 4K OLED compare to a 27-inch 1440p OLED?
A: A 27-inch 4K OLED monitor offers a significantly higher pixel density than a 27-inch 1440p OLED. This means sharper images, finer text clarity, and more detail overall, especially noticeable in static content like text documents or detailed artwork. For gaming, 4K provides a more immersive visual experience. However, 1440p is easier for GPUs to drive at very high frame rates. For users who prioritize absolute sharpness and detail, or who use their monitor for productivity tasks alongside gaming, the 4K option is superior. If maximum frame rates in the most demanding games are the top priority and budget is a concern, 1440p might be considered.
Q: What refresh rate should I look for in a 4K OLED monitor?
A: For a 4K OLED monitor, aim for a refresh rate of at least 120Hz for a noticeably smoother experience, especially in gaming. However, the sweet spot for high-end gaming monitors, particularly those with QD-OLED panels, is increasingly 240Hz. This allows for incredibly fluid motion, which is crucial for fast-paced games and provides a significant advantage in competitive titles. While 60Hz is standard for general use, for a premium gaming or viewing experience, 120Hz or higher is highly recommended.
Finding the best 4K OLED monitor 27 inch is an investment in unparalleled visual quality. Whether you’re a gamer seeking that competitive edge with lightning-fast response times and vibrant colors, a creative professional demanding color accuracy for your projects, or simply someone who appreciates the pinnacle of display technology, these monitors deliver. The perfect blend of 4K resolution, the infinite contrast of OLED, and the speed of modern refresh rates creates an experience that truly has to be seen to be believed. We encourage you to check out the options we’ve highlighted and consider which one best fits your specific needs and budget. Don’t miss out on the chance to elevate your digital world with a display that redefines visual excellence!
