Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Went through a few off brand monitors to get to this one. This one has been reliable and stable so far. Good picture quality and a good size overall. No extra add ons like RGB either. Good monitor so far.
Customer Review: Solid monitor especially if you got it at $160 like I did. I especially got it for the RE9 Requiem promo, but good luck having a “Check Number” along with the SN to register it to redeem the game. It’s no where to be found and now I’m having to deal with Gigabyte/Aorus’ Customer Service ticket system just to get a 4 digit number. Really annoying to have to do that. Needs to be fixed. I don’t know why we need some 4 digit number when we already have a long SN and invoice to give.

The information about it seems to hold up after a few weeks with the monitor I’m very satisfied with my purchase! It’s got a very clear image as well. I play a lot of mix of games and it handles all of them well from more visually stressful games to Minecraft at whatever settings I wanna put it on with as many shaders I require on it. Works for me.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: First off, let me get this out of the way – This probably isn’t the exact same model as the reviews you might have read about the other X27U monitors. Check the exact model number so there are no surprises. This model is substantially cheaper than those for a reason: the panel on it isn’t quite as nice as those. With that said, it’s still a phenomenal display. I have it next to a very good 27″ IPS display, and it just eats its lunch. You can’t even compare the two, it’s not a fair fight. You probably hear a lot about how good the blacks are, but something nobody talks about is how that makes colors look. When you have a crimson red on your IPS display, the nature of it introduces a little bit of grey. It looks good, but then you put that same color on this QD-OLED and its amazing the difference. Its an entirely different color that is richer, bolder, and genuine. Everything on the IPS seems so washed out while everything on this QD-OLED just pops off of your screen. The build quality is what you would expect from a budget OLED. Its plastic, the I/O has just enough ports, and you just have to look at it long enough to mount it. I can’t comment on the stand because this went from the box to a monitor arm. The display is glossy but its not a mirror by any means. Performance is great. I used a displayport cabled certififed for high bandwidth and I had no uses when I set the refresh rate to 240hz. When I switched the input to HDMI and turned on my PS5, the PS5 showed that everything that you’d expect works. VRR, HDR, it just works out of the box. The display is a little dim, but I wouldn’t call it unusable by any means. I have my brightness pushed to 100 because I like a bright display and it gets bright enough where I am not complaining. Do I wish it was 50 nits brighter like the other models in this lineup? Yes, but even right next to the IPS display that is 300 nits, I don’t really think its that massive of a difference. I love a bright display and I know OLED just can’t do that. I could have bought another display that is 300 nits, but then I’d wish it was 350. If I got one that was 400 nits, I’d wish it was 450. This display looks good and that’s what’s important to me. Overall, I am giving this a perfect score. It has its flaws, but nothing that wasn’t there in the listing. It does exactly what it was advertised to do, and also blew out my expectations for in terms of colors, so 5/5.
Customer Review: This is my first Oled monitor it looks great but I feel like their is better out there. If this will be your first purchase of a Oled monitor I would recommend it for the price. But if you have the money to splurge a bit, put in a little more research and invest in 4k Oled. Only if you can run it consistently. In my opinion would be best for the most modern set up

Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Exceptional QD OLED picture quality with deep blacks.
- Incredibly fast refresh rate and response time.
- Great for HDR content.
- Supports G-SYNC Compatible.
Cons:
- HDMI port limited to 165Hz (DisplayPort required for 240Hz).
- Bezels are a bit thicker than some competitors.
- Glossy screen can be reflective.
Customer Reviews
Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. It’s an OLED so its gonna be good. I didn’t have any text fringing or eye strain even after 4 hours straight use. Picture quality is great. Brightness is good enough for me. I’m impressed by the colors on it. It doesn’t get any better in this price. Now the cons are that the upper side of the panel is very thin so if I want to tilt it up or down with my monitor arm I’d feel more confident doing it holding the bottom part. The HDMI doesn’t support more than 165hz on this monitor so I had to use display port for that sweet 240hz refresh rate. You could use an HDMI to DP cable if you don’t have any display port option in your pc or laptop. The bezels are a bit thicker than I expected, You’ll notice it if you work or play in bright room. For me it’s no problem. My roommate has an Samsung g5 OLED and it feels smaller than that for some reason even though it’s same size. (Image quality is better than Samsung in this). It’s a glossy display, part of the reason why content looks better than Samsung g5. But in a bright room or average light room if you are watching something dark-ish you will see all the reflection on it. While gaming it’s not noticeable. Overall a little bit adjustment but very good for the price.
Customer Review: For the price this is an excellent monitor. At first glance the monitor may look a little dim, but if you mess around with the settings you’ll see the burn in protection settings are turned on by default. Specifically “Uniform Brightness” which dims the entire monitor. Pretty sweet for web browsing and coding and stuff, where some elements might be in the same spot for a while. Turning it off however, makes the screen look fantastic. Super deep darkness with vibrant colors, especially if you take the time to find the right hdr settings. All in all for 360 dollars this is a stellar buy.
