Customer Review: This thing is beautiful. The resolution is great and the refresh rate is fast. The curve adds a great 3d affect and the screen is just massive. If you can find it on sale it’s a must buy. It is very heavy but very durable. I will note it’s not an OLED so you won’t get inky blacks but for the price it’s awesome.

Customer Review: Best monitor choice for my needs. I do primarily a lot of Excel files (with Visual Basic), PDFs, email, family photo and video editing. I’m retired so not into gaming though I own several gaming consoles. I build a new PC every 4-5 years and I wanted to step up from my 28” 1080p monitor without using dual monitors as I used dozens throughout my work career. My primary goal was being able to open at least 2 full width documents without having to scale them down (normally 80%). I usually have an Edge window open as well streaming news. With this monitor I have the display scaled to 125% in Windows (my eyes not what they used to be) and I can keep documents scaled at 100%! Glad I went the ultra-wide 1440p route and though the screen is much wider it actually cleared up a lot of desk space with its stand design. I tried 2 different 32” 4K IPS monitors but both made me sick if I used them too long. One was a LG and its stand and function were subpar compared to this one. Dell has another almost identical ultra-wide not geared toward gaming (S3425DW 120Hz) with USB-C (Displayport 1.4 compatible) but no dedicated Displayports. I decided to go with the Alienware as my primary computer is a desktop though I also use a laptop for travelling. If your primary PC is a laptop you may want the Dell which was $50 more when I bought this. Since there is no built-in speakers I bought an inexpensive small sound bar at the same time.The monitor stand on this is one of the best and easiest I have used (height and forward/back tilt) though no side to side tilt but not needed for my use. Just make sure to never grab /carry from the sides as it may damage the screen. The base is minimal and frees up a lot of desk space. The speaker I bought fits well sitting on the stand base.The curvature may take a while to get used to but almost required for this wide of a monitor if using at normal desk distances.The On/Off button IS the LED light on the bottom far right. The OSD toggle is directly in the center bottom and the easiest menu I have used to date.It took me some time to set it up to my liking and so far this works best for me:Monitor:Preset – MOBA/RTSSmart HDR – OffDark Stabilizer – 2Brightness – 60 (though occasionally change based on lighting conditions as near a window)Contrast – 75Windows 11 Pro:Scaling 125% (though occasional take to 150%)Frequency: 120 Hz (tried all up to the max 180)Included in the box: Both Displayport 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 cables, USB Type A to B upstream cable, power cord and very basic instructions (I had to download the manual to find the Power Button)!There are 2 downstream USB ports left bottom. One says charging but both appear to charge my cell. The Dell version has a push down exposing the 2 USB ports facing forward (I believe 1 Type A and 1 Type C). I was able to plug my USB speaker into the LEFT port and it works great. Only gripe is both USB ports are Type A.

Customer Review: I’ve been using this Viewsonic VX2778-SMHD 27 inch monitor since Jan, 2017, Very nice monitor! But, then I built a dream machine. i7-14700K on an ASRock Z790 Riptide motherboard with lots of SSD’s and NVME drives. 48 gigs of very fast RAM and two DVDRW’s. I’m pretty good at this and I did my very best not to allow any bottlenecks and not spend money on silly things. It absolutely screams; it gets stuff done fast! I also have an older Intel computer, an AMD computer, and a Raspberry Pi in here. So I have an HDMI KVM switcher and an HDMI audio extractor (audio goes straight to a competent home stereo). So, I don’t play any games anymore, but I do want to get stuff done!There came a point where I wanted to make use of this somewhat better video card that’s better than anything I’ve ever used. (Still not for gaming, tho.) I scoured Amazon. I ended up getting an NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 used, that was DIRT cheap! I chewed my nails wondering if it was going to work, but it did and it does! From the first momen, for about 9 or 10 months! I forget how much memory it’s got, but it’s up there. So, now, I had this video card mostly going to waste (Except for hardware acceleration; that’s really nice!) So, I measured how much room I have. If I looked at monitors with really thin frames around the screen and measured and did the math… I decided on 32 inches. I scoured Amazon again and got to this monitor: (KTC H32T13 32 Inch)I had a little trouble. First of all, I’m lazy. I was still building that i7 and I set the monitor aside after unpacking it and went through all my other stuff I had to do first. (The other 2 computers mentioned above both needed some help.) (And the computer room needed some rearranging.) There’s also that fact that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the old Viewsoni; there was no pressure… Anyway! From March 22nd until just now – two days ago – it just sat there. I don’t even know where the quick start guide or whatever it is, went to, and I didn’t want to conduct a lengthy search. Someone wrote that the power button is in a bad place. It’s not that bad at all. I spent a little while finding it; reach your hand around the monitor’s right side, near the bottom and feel for it. It sticks way out. The only time I have to reach for it is when I’m leaving the computer room to watch TV or go out or whatever. I can’t reach it sitting down, but I’m getting up anyway at that point. Then I was totally puzzled, trying to figure out how to set the settings on the monitor. It wasn’t bad, but I wanted to tweak the brightness, contrast, hue, gamma, etc. It took me quite a while to figure out that that power button, which is also a menu button (if you just touch it instead of holding it for three seconds) IS ALSO A JOYSTICK! Remember that! You can move it left, right, up, and down. Once I figured that out, it has a VERY logical, easy to use menu, unlike the Viewsonic mentioned about. The next problem I had was that a lot of things were ghosted in the menu and couldn’t be selected. Scratching my head, I theorized that probably the video card was running the monitor and I turned to the NVidia Control Panel on the computer. There are at least three different places to set all that on that i7 machine, but it ended up being the screen display settings that did it.I love this monitor now! Plenty bright, fast, 2K, really great picture!! If the power button in the back is even a negative, I don’t mind a bit. Everything else about it is outstanding! In about a minute, I had all those settings set. Beautiful bright, colorful screen! Perfect! I also have an older Silicon Dust HDHomeRun dual tuner. I encountered something that’s never happened before! Watched “The Rifleman” in black and white. NEVER BEFORE have I had perfect black and white! Always some kind of tinge, usually in the dark places. I mean PERFECT black and white! Then I watched some stuff on Charge! (Streaming) and I adjusted color saturation and hue and got the skin tones right. Absolutely perfect picture, no matter what I do, now!!This is not a cheap budget monitor; this is an inexpensive performance monitor that works extremely well! I completely recommend it and I think it’s a super nice deal for the money!!

I love the combination of 24″ with 1440p for the high pixel density, but it is hard to find.I live in Paraguay at the moment and it is impossible to get 1440p monitors under 27″ here. And even those are really expensive compared to the US. So I had to import them from the US. The freight forwarder is payed by weight and it is pretty expensive, so I tried to find lightweight options. This monitor was a perfect fit for this requirement.The stand is almost all plastic and therefore a bit flimsy but light weight. The monitor itself is also pretty light. The overall build quality is still pretty decent and more importantly the screen itself is pretty good. Definitely good enough for office work or light color work like web design.I don’t have a color calibrator or a really accurate screen to compare, but on it’s own they look good. I got three and they all match pretty closely too.The three monitors with an outer Amazon box weight 13.6kg. With the extra shipping I payed around 230$ per monitor. Compared to the alternatives here I’m happy with the purchase. At only 120$ if you are in America they are an absolute steal.

My son loves this monitor! He uses this on his PC and xbox and loves the curve to it. I was a little skeptical at first because I’m used to the big brands out there. Give this monitor a chance! Customer Review: I was skeptical at first, paying low prices for a company I’d never heard of. In a world full of Samsun, Asus, MSI, and LG the only thing that stood out was that it fit my budget.HOWEVERThe second I plugged my HDMI in I was in awe. The colors were vibrant, the pixels were clean, the quality was fantastic, and the refresh rate dare I say is delicious.I played a couple different games just to test it out and it ran everything beautifully. I got the 27” 1440p @180hz and I wouldn’t change a thing. Easy to assemble out the box, 2 HDMI, 1 headphone jack, and 1 DP. The curve is perfect, and I am beyond impressed. I will be buying another this year.I highly recommend this monitor.
